The Yomiuri Shimbun is a Japanese newspaper published in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka and in other cities in Japan. Founded on 2 November 1874, it is the newspaper with the largest circulation in the world with around 7 million copies a day (morning edition).
It is printed twice a day and has various local editions: Tokyo, Osaka and Seibu.
