The new 24ORE Eventi offer
Two new digital formats starting from May: Live Streaming 24 and Interactive Event 24.
24 ORE Eventi, the 24 ORE Group company led by Federico Silvestri, active in the production and organization of conferences, road-shows, summits and tailor-made projects, promptly responded to the contingent situation and to the change already underway. It did so by renewing and integrating its offer through new formats for the creation of digital events: the first products that will be brought to the attention of the market are Live Streaming 24 and Interactive Events 24. New ways that enrich the offer 24 Hour Events, always aimed at enabling the achievement of customer communication objectives, through the quality of the content signed by the Group’s publications.
24ORE Eventi putting together, from time to time, business stories, Institutional initiatives, testimonials from the Opinion Leaders of reference in each sector – in addition to editorial skills – is once again confirmed as the ideal partner to support stakeholders and the country in the fundamental phase of restarting and re-launching.
All the editorial offices of the 24 ORE Group – Il Sole 24 ORE, Radio 24 and Radiocor – which have always been involved in the design of the various 24 ORE Eventi initiatives, will continue their efforts in the development of content and editorial formats, relaunching the design capacity also in the digital use.
The Live Streaming 24 events, broadcast live mainly from the offices of the 24 ORE Group, will be accessible and open to the public on the various digital platforms, starting from the ilsole24ore.com website and up to the social channels of the newspapers, thus reaching the total audience of the 24 ORE group. The spaces of the headquarters, transformed and adapted with scenographic and technological settings, will host journalists and speakers, present at the headquarters and / or connected remotely, in a real virtual auditorium.
The Interactive Events 24, will allow the use of the event after registration, through a digital platform that will allow the widest interaction of users, with many initiatives including: real-time surveys and the sharing of digital content for download, which will accompany also the interventions of the speakers. The agenda of the works will be coordinated by a virtual direction for the creation of the schedule through which the agenda of the event will be declined and, as necessary, integrating live and pre-recorded contents of all the speakers connected remotely in Italy and abroad.
For both modes, the full registration of the event will be available starting from the day following its performance, which will be available in the Stream24 section of sole24.ore.com, in the section dedicated to 24ORE Eventi.
All events will be supported by a cross-media communication campaign that will involve both the group’s various media and web and direct marketing activities, as well as the main social platforms.
With the launch of the new digital offer, the schedule of 24 ORE Events will therefore change: the calendar from May to July will propose all initiatives conceived and programmed in digital version.
In May, the events on the calendar will be many: we start with “GSE for the development and growth of the country” (May 6), the first stage of the GIOIN roadshow (May 15), organized in collaboration with Digital Magics on the themes of the Open Innovation, while the two-day BUSINESS TECH FORUM will be held on 25 and 26 May with an intense online dating program.
The calendar of events scheduled for June and July is full, including the further stages of GIOIN and the departure of INNOVATION DAYS which, after the great success of last year, stands as a real reference point for the comparison with business excellence and institutional in the area and which this year will focus on issues relating to Italy which is starting again. The offer of vertical summits dedicated to the deepening and analysis of individual industries such as the DESIGN SUMMIT and the FOOD & MADE IN ITALY SUMMIT and the first appointments of the successful series “WOMEN OF …” was nourished.
In the second part of the year, from September onwards, the calendar will include a mix between digital and physical events, the latter designed to be reconvertible in digital format, without the need for reprogramming, in the event that, for the evolution of the health situation, it was not possible or advisable to carry them out physically.
