The 6th Journalism Prize “Fidas-Isabella Sturvi” has been held in Grado on occasion of the opening of the 55th FIDAS national congress.
In the category Radio/TV the prize has been awarded to Nicoletta Carbone, who with Debora Rosciani is the presenter on Radio 24 of the program “Cuore e Denari”. The award is related to the broadcast of 8th January about blood donation.
The transmission “Cuore e Denari” broadcast by Radio 24 on Friday 8th January 2016 has been awarded for being able to catch – with competence and liveliness – the attention of the listeners on the new quality and safety requirements of the blood, listed in the ministerial decree of December 2015.
The interview to the national president of FIDAS and the questions of the listeners have created the opportunity to debate on hot topics such as the voluntary donation – anonymous and non-renumerated – the traceability of the blood bags, the rules related to the interruption of the donation for risky behaviors and the extension of the donor’s age from 65 to 70.
