DESIGN 2016: NEOJAPONISME AND ECO-TECHNOLOGY

The second issue in April focuses on trends in the world of art, fashion and especially design, through stories, ideas and advices of internationally renowned trendsetters, designers, architects and art advisor.

A selection of big brands, with an editorial on boats and yachts projects designed by top architects, unique and strictly custom made models, yachts designed by international gurus such as Piano, Chipperfield, Gehry.

Speaking of top architects, we could not omit a tribute to Zaha Hadid, who recently died: she was the queen of architecture, first woman awarded with the Pritzker Prize.

Great attention also to the hi-tech and the nomad objects, to feel at home while travelling, and to the interview to the leading trendsetter Li Edelkoort, unstoppable scouter.

Another great inspiration for 2016 Design? Speaking of art and aesthetics, Japan or better the Neo-Japonisme is in the forefront. A wire stretched between traditional craftsmanship and technology in all its forms.

The new issue of How To Spend It is available at the newsstands as of Friday 15th.
